We, the members of the Lake Meade Home Owners Association, respectfully ask that the Board of Directors of Lake Meade hold a public meeting via Zoom where the paying members of this community can have an open dialogue with the Board about opening the Lake Meade Pool as soon as possible this summer. As paying members of LMPOA, we ask that our voices and votes be heard and counted towards a decision that impacts so many. We ask that this meeting occurs on or before Monday, June 8, 2020. 

Many community pools are opening including Lake Heritage, a community much like ours but smaller in size. The members of LMPOA would like to explore and understand the cost associated with opening the pool under Yellow Phase guidelines. 

Families should be able to make the decision on safety of being at the pool themselves and not have these types of decisions made for them, especially if other pools are opening and are able to follow safety guidelines.

The children of this community have lost so much this year. Let's not take the pool away from them as well.
