This is a petition on behalf of Alayna Nicole Ortiz - shot and killed by Elrice Williams, January 9th, 2019. Please show your love and support by signing this in hopes that Judge Natalie Bokota of the Lake County Courts, gives the absolute maximum sentence the plea agreement allows. Nothing we do will ever bring Alayna back and we have already suffered with the loss of her. Please show Judge Bokota how loved Alayna was and how many lives have been destroyed since her passing. Alayna doesn't get a second chance and neither should Mr. Williams.
