The Issue
Kami ay mga mamamayan ng Pilipinas na lumahok sa o sumusuporta sa mga ipinaglalaban ng BAHA SA LUNETA: Aksyon na Laban sa Korapsyon (21 September 2025).
LAHAT NG SANGKOT, DAPAT MANAGOT!

Kitang-kita naman na bulok ang buong sistema. Si Pres. Marcos Jr. at VP Duterte ay parehong tumanggap ng donasyon mula sa mga contractor ayon sa imbestigasyon ng Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism (PCIJ). Sinisira na ng ilang empleyado ng DPWH ang mga dokumento kaugnay ng flood-control projects sabi ng ICI. May freeze order na sa ari-arian ng ilang contractor at senador at kongresiatng sangkot pero wala pang nakukulong at marami pa ang hindi nabubulgar na pandarambong. Dapat tayong patuloy na umaksyon para managot ang lahat ng dapat managot.
Isinusulong natin ang mga sumusunod na 7 DEMANDS:
1. Alisin sa pwesto, panagutin at ikulong ang LAHAT ng sangkot sa maanomalyang flood control projects at iba pang pangungurakot mula kay Duterte hanggang kay Marcos.
2. Ibalik ang ninakaw na pera ng bayan! Bawiin ang mga luxury cars, mamahaling relo, signature bag at designer clothes ng mga korap na kontraktor, opisyal at pulitiko. Ang yamang binawi, ilaan sa kalusugan, edukasyon, pabahay, kompensasyon sa mga nabaha.
3. I-abolish ang lahat ng pork barrel funds at sikretong confidential and intelligence funds.
4. Buksan ang Statements of Assets, Liabilities, and Networth (SALN) ng LAHAT ng government officials at papirmahin ng waiver para masilip ang kanilang mga bank account at ari-arian. Hindi sila dapat covered ng Bank Secrecy Law.
5. Ilabas ang lista at i-ban ang mga kontraktor at supplier na sangkot sa katiwalian at may kaugnayan sa mga mambabatas at opisyal ng gobyerno. Ilagay sa internet ang lahat ng bidding documents at kontrata ng gobyerno, pati mga presyo ng materyales at serbisyo, para mabusisi at ma-audit ng taumbayan.
6. Buwagin ang "small group" sa Kongreso at ibukas sa publiko ang buong records ng mga budget hearing at bicameral conference committee.
7. Wakasan ang paghahari ng mga political dynasty at korap na sistema ng gobyerno.
[ENGLISH TRANSLATION:
1) Remove from office, hold accountable, and imprison ALL those involved in anomalous flood control projects and other acts of corruption—from the Duterte to Marcos administrations.
2) Return the stolen public funds! Seize the luxury cars, expensive watches, signature bags, and designer clothes of corrupt contractors, officials, and politicians. Allocate the recovered wealth to health, education, housing, and compensation for flood victims.
3) Abolish all pork barrel funds as well as secret confidential and intelligence funds.
4) Open to the public the Statements of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) of ALL government officials and require them to sign a bank secrecy waiver so that their bank accounts and properties can be examined. They should not be covered by the Bank Secrecy Law.
5) Release the list and ban contractors and suppliers involved in corruption and connected to lawmakers and government officials. Upload all bidding documents and government contracts online, including the prices of materials and services, so that the people can scrutinize and audit these documents.
6) Abolish the “small group” in Congress (that usually meet to include "insertions" in the national budget behind the scenes) and open to the public the complete records of budget hearings and bicameral conference committee proceedings.
7) End the reign of political dynasties and the corrupt system of government.]
Hinihikayat namin ang bawat mamamayan na pirmahan at ipalaganap ang petisyong ito at patuloy ng mag-usap-usap at umaksyon nang sama-sama upang maisabalikat ang ating 7 demands kontra korapsyon.\
