I oppose the development of  287 and Arapahoe.  We do not need a developer from Philadelphia making this a high density corner.  Lafayette is still trying to accommodate for the 9 mile corner development. Then want to build 5 story high rise apartments which will add to our already congestioned roads. Filling in a marsh area, killing more wildlife,  which an out of state developer doesn't care about. It's all about the $$.We already have water problems. Flooding in homes SE of 9 mile hasn't been resolved.  I strongly encourage our community to fight this development.
