Uif call centers are only helping companies that are filing for relief for they employees but there is no help for individuals, retrenched employees, when calling in they are directing individuals to online filing, most of these individuals can not afford data to access the online portal and also need guidance in e-filing, I am one of these individuals affected by jobloss and I have tried calling they offices but no help came from that, so yes please help by trying to get these offices to open, recently they out sourced a call center to help them what did they do that fo if we still can reach them, we need help in this matter
