The residents and land owners of Kaibab Estates West are demanding an end to the proposed Water District in our community. The unknown costs of this project and the additional monthly cost of water distribution in a community of fixed to low incomes is unacceptable. 

On multiple occasions WE the signed have asked for a formal proposal which we have not received. We have also said NO on multiple occasions. Those of us residing in the community already have our water costs under control via accounts with the Ash Fork Water Service or buy cash paying at the water distribution kiosk.

Those of us signing live in the immediate area of your Water District. We are in or near those boundaries. As a community, together in KEW we are rejecting your intent to incur great costs to us as neighbors and a community. We all have a say in this matter as all our properties fall under the Area Improvement Tax. 

You have not listened to us and have continued to push your project that directly stands to benefit your family only. The questions and concerns about your intentions have been met with mixed emotions and confusion. 

We demand that you stop this project immediately and focus on a well on your property alone.
