Petition Against the prolonged Strange form of Occupation by the United States of America on Independent and Sovereign soil of the Hawaiian Kingdom Addressed To: His Excellency, Donald John Trump, President, and the Senate and Congress of the United States of America Whereas, Hawaii remains under a strange form of Occupation by the United States of America since 1893, under then, President Grover Cleveland, who restored the throne and country back to Queen Liliuokalani, Whereas, the Committee of Safety disobeyed that lawful order and created the Republic of Hawall and under, then President William Mckinley, who then annexed Hawaii to the United States of America in 1898, unlawfully and illegally, therefore, We, the undersigned Citizens of the United States of America, do hereby sign this petition requesting that the continued illegal and unlawful actions in which The United States of America has stolen the original inhabitants of Hawail's identity, language, culture, lands and livelihood are to first, formally renounce and repeal: * The Statehood Act of 1959 * The Hawaiian Homestead Commission Act of 1921 * The Jones Act of 1920 * The Organic Act of 1916 * The Newlands Resolution Act of 1898 We, the undersigned Citizens of the United States of America, do also support reparations owed to the people of this Independent and Sovereign Nation.
