Last year, Krystal changed their fries. Again. It appears this change was built to hang on for a while and I could no longer sit by and do nothing.

For years, Krystal had the best fries in fast food. Period. Krystal burgers and fries were a perfect combination. I would think it's safe to say those two items are the foundation of the entire chain.

Why would a company insult their loyal customers by changing a key item on their menu? It doesn't make sense.

It's actually an insult to new customers as well because the new fries are terrible. And I'm not just saying that because I love the old fries so much. The new fries are barely edible. And, worst of all, they do not pair well with the burgers.

All I'm asking - all we're asking - is to bring back the original fries.

Krystal - I know you've noticed. Every social media account you have is full of comment after comment of your customers asking for the old fries to return.

I've sent emails. I've sent DMs. I've filled out customer support forms. I'm getting no response from Krystal.

I refuse to eat at Krystal until the old fries return. And I want to go back!
