Essential workers have worked majority of the pandemic without hazard pay, as well as wild fires when our stores were filled with smoke, and air quality was not safe in the slightest.

Safeway, and many other grocery stores have not enforced mask wearing, leaving their employees perceptible, and at higher risk of contracting covid

This is because corporate cares more about their profit then the well being of their employees.

Our health and well being is not worth minimum wage,

We are demanding hazard pay as well as back pay for the entirety of pandemic! 
We are not essential workers to them, we are expendable workers.

Our livelihood should take higher priority then corporate profit.

Kroger, and Safeway aren’t willing to pay their workers a fair wage for the work we’re doing. We are putting ourselves at risk dealing with the community hands on from the start of pandemic, and we refuse to go any longer under these circumstances.

If we are required to wear masks then we are working in hazardous conditions!

Corporate has the money and funds to offer us aid and relief, but they continue to pay us bare minimum because they know they can get away with it.

Please spread the word, because we need immediate change.
