Gluten Free Krispy-Kremes. It's Time

Gluten Free Krispy-Kremes. It's Time

Okay guys. Around 18 million Americans have a gluten allergy of some sort and even more choose not consume it for personal health reasons. If you offered a gluten free doughnut, your customer base should increase by at least a few bucks. If taste is a major concern, these people are used to eating the gf version and are really looking for that krispy-kreme experience. I have several friends who are gf but used to love visiting your store. Now when we go out together and I wanna visit, I am passing it up because I don't wanna be rude and they aren't exactly begging to go in. Considering our closest shop is over an hour and a half away, we don't visit often. This is just one example of how your company could grow by offering this product. On another hand, nobody truly expects your food to be the end all be all for a healthy snack. Really it doesn't have to be healthy, only free from gluten. Common substitutes that I have found to be the least taste altering and easy to use are almond flour and coconut flour. In a time where being inclusive and innovative food options are being pushed, why not include a gluten free option and hop on the wagon? Considering your biggest competitor does not offer gf, you could be the first and use it as part of your brand. Being the first major name to do something could be really beneficial to new customers.I hope this has been worth your time. I mean c'mon guys. WE WANT GLUTEN FREE DOUGHNUTS!
Thank You,
Everyone
