After reading the hundreds of complaints and negative reviews across social media and the Tassimo UK website and being a loyal customer for over 3 years I decided enough is enough.

So many good brands discontinued and our favorite drinks changed for the worst and only to try and save the company money. If enough of us get behind this i'm sure we can get Tassimo (Kraft Food's) to listen.

So here's what needs to happen:

All latte products need to revert to the larger old recipe T-disc's

Cadbury/Milka Hot chocolate needs to return to the two pod syrup & Milk, not over priced instant powder.

and last but not least The Chai Latte needs to return to the Twinnings branded real tea blend, not the cheap powdered alternative that is now provided.  

Kraft, mondelez, Jacobs Douwe Egberts, please listen, you stand to loose a lot of customers, and are ruining a once great product.
