Raichur being the nearest city to two thermal power plant which has humongous Thermal Power Generation Capacity faces the wrath of Frequent Power Cut issue on an Average 3 hours a day and the situation worsens in Summer. Already being near to thermal power plant the temperature ranges above 35 degree centigrade and reaches above 40 degree centigrade in summer.
