Further to meeting between PTG WP and the Liquidators on 6th January, 2022 - PTG WP had on 7th January, 2022 issued a letter to the Liquidators (Messrs. Ler Lum) to proceed with the application for change of land use of the master title (from Residential to Mixed Development) and to verify list of Parcel Owners to prepare for Strata Title application process without delay. The Liquidators were further instructed to prepare a Process Workflow Chart for the Strata Title Application within 2 weeks of the letter. 

With regards to the court case on the proposed sale of 149 car park lots, Messrs. Ler Lum had on 21st October, 2021 submitted an appeal against the 4th November, 2019 High Court judgment favouring JMB. The hearing on 17th January, 2022 decided in favour of Messr. Ler Lum. JMB to decide and move on to appeal to the Federal Court.
