Bukit OUG Condominium Residents' Association 2020 ("BOCRA") would like to seek SUPPORT from both Residents as well as others in the same situation or who are sympathetic to our cause to fight for the rights of the Purchasers/ Owners of Bukit OUG Condominium, Kuala Lumpur.

Bukit OUG Condominium is home to approximately 1,600 units and 5,000 Residents, many living here since 1996 (25  years)! But without the Strata Title, the Purchasers / Owners are unable to fully own and decide on the development and maintenance of their property. In addition, any sale and purchase of the units are subjected to substantial fees by the Liquidators. Moreover, bank financing for the units is limited, resulting in depressed values compared to other properties in the locality. This is very unfair and unjust to the Purchasers / Owners who have met all conditions on the purchase of the properties, and have nothing to do with the Developer's / Liquidator's failures (if any).

The Liquidator has collected millions of Ringgit over the years purportedly to verify Purchaser / Owner's details where almost 80% of units have complied. Yet, no concrete action was seen to be taken to submit the application for Strata Title at the Land Office (PTGWPKL). We appeal to the Authorities and Member of Parliament to please help us to compel the Liquidator to forthwith submit the application for Strata Title to the PTGWPKL.
