The only existing road into Jeffreys Bay from Paradise Beach, Aston Bay and Marina Martinique at present is through Pellsrus.  This route is unsafe as many residents have been hijacked at gun or knife point   Vehicles have been damaged and cycles stolen.  A large no of  residents have been robbed.  Many residents are elderly, a large no are female and scared to travel on this UNSAFE DANGEROUS road. On numerous occasions rocks have been placed in the road, tyres burnt and vehicles stoned. This is totally unacceptable. We urgently need an alternate safe route as a matter of priority.
