We, the fans of Metal Gear Solid 2 Sons of Liberty (also know as Substance), highly appreciate the character Raiden. However, so many of us have pondered with passionate and devoted curiosity, the experiences Solid Snake was having during the games plant chapter as we played as Raiden. We want to experience his point of view in the Shell 2 struts of the Big Shell, his 2nd encounter with Olga Gurlukovich, the arduous fight against Fortune, etc. 

another interesting thing to add is Raidens whereabouts and activities before Big Shell, or rather, the VR simulation of the tanker incident that he trained with (he and the rest of the public think that Solid Snake sunk the tanker and was a bad guy, so that would give us an alternate tanker chapter from the one we all know!) 

this should definitely be released as DLC content for the MGS2 HD collection so that we can play as if it was released originally with the games debut!
