Dear friends 

You must be aware of the Tamil song from the yet to be released movie, Meesaya Murukku : Sait Ji by HipHop Tamizha and Sundar C. This song insults the Jain Community and also the North Indians living in the South. We Jains have been targeted in many movies but this song has crossed its limits. It's shameful how we have been showcased bad for their latest song in spite of our tremendous  effort in making a better world for them, by always being their in their difficult times. We have given so much to the society; built schools, colleges, free medical camps, given the needy free operation be it bypass and many more. We were the first ones to help those affected by the December floods , we left our homes worked day and night to help the victims of the December floods with our family , and this is what we get ; insulting our daughters and their fathers?  We can't depict how hurt we were when this song was launched it was a complete racist attack on our society. 

I am not putting up this issue because I'm a Jain, a country like India  with a diversified culture; should not encourage such discrimination against a community. I hope this is the last time a community is targeted. 

Please support this petition and ban the song Sait Ji and we while fight till the makers of this song and movie are penalised.
