Police officers violated the disability act in Las Vegas a few days ago when an officer suggested the children of a deaf parent translate, for their mom during a police response call. We feel that it’s past time for city officials, police officers, government officials, teachers,hospital workers, and other important places be required to know how to use American Sign Language. It’s time for action and with your signature we can make a difference and change the way the deaf community is received!!! We have wonderful solutions to help with these problems in the community.
