When we put well-being & thoughtfulness towards constructing beauty first, it's fantastic what goes hand in hand with this.  If we can achieve beauty & well-being in NZ New Builds, then I believe the vision is also to include health.

For example, we live in a pretty toxic environment, with carpets & much furniture & paint in homes emitting toxic substances, thankfully there are durable, quality alternatives, however some (not all) of the alternatives are only available overseas, so we need to start working on this.

Although there is a rise in Eco - friendly furnishing materials & adhesives it is STILL often viewed as an alternative option, even though it may out do - the commonly used products in a number of areas & this contributes to making it more expensive.

The more we think, the more we act about being thoughtful with building, I believe, the better we are going to be, to an all round commitment to doing all things well.
