KING GIZZARD & THE LIZARD WIZARD RELEASE LIVE IN DALLAS '19

On September 6th, 2019 King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard ended the US leg of their tour in Dallas at the Bomb Factory. This show featured a wonderful setlist full of fantastic Stu songs. The setlist included:
- Self-Immolate
- Mars for the Rich
- Crumbling Castle
- The Fourth Colour
- Cyboogie
- Acarine
- Murder of the Universe
- Sense
- Superbug
- Plastic Boogie
- Planet B
- Hell
- People-Vultures
- Head On/Pill
The performances on these songs are stellar, and based on audience phone recordings I know this show would benefit from the Gizzard official release.
Still not convinced? The performance of the fan favorite "Sense" was unlike anything we've seen before. Stu utilizes the Cyboogie vocoder giving the song a brand new feeling, completely different than what we've heard before. Acarine into Murder of the Universe is seamless and full of raw passion, you can feel the energy in the room. Plastic Boogie gets one of the heaviest renditions yet and it will have your head banging for days. Every song on this setlist is a certified banger and we need to have an official (and bootable ;) ) recording.
To Stu, I truly believe the recording of this show needs to be shared with everyone. This show was the last time Gizzard graced the States. Immortalizing that last live preformance with an official recording would mean the world to us US Gizzard fans. On a more personal note, this was the first (and as of now) the last Gizzard show I ever saw. I met you at a small soup restaurant right before the show. We talked for a moment, I told you I was coming to see your show and you gave me your thanks. I doubt you remember it but that small interaction with you made a very positive impact on me, and I will remember it fondly forever. The show itself was incredible and one of the best live shows I've ever seen. Unfortunately I lost my glasses in the pit and that unfortunately shifted my focus away from the incredible show happening right in front of my eyes. If only I had known you guys wouldn't be back until 2022 :( .
In summary, I truly believe with all of my being that this show needs to be enjoyed by as many people as possible. So please, release Live in Dallas '19.
Thank You.
