Kindly assist us by investigating possible human rights violation of the family of deceased Erano Manalo's family and their supporters.
The Issue
The member of the Church Council, represented by Radel Cortez, is now asking the court to virtually isolate two of the siblings of its leader.Nathanial Felix Manalo and Lolita V, Manalo-Hemedez, brother of the Executive Minister of the Iglesia ni Cristo. The siblings and their family were expelled from church for allegedly plotting a"church takeover."
The Church Council petitioned that Nathaniel Felix Manalo and Lolita V. Manalo-Hemedez, brother and sister to Executive Minister, Eduardo Manalo no longer be allowed to receive visitors or have any items delivered to them. in their ancestral home owned by the Iglesia Ni Cristo.
According to their counsel, this malicious imputation is the newest in a series of oppressive acts. The truth is that the remaining Manalo family members in the compound are slowly being hidden from the world, with walls being raised around them, surveillance cameras trained on them night and day. And now this. They are not provided with anything, not food, not toiletries nor other necessary items for living and so must rely on the kindness of friends and family who have undertaken to deliver these. And now some high ranking ministers want even this supply of food to end.
Furthermore, the grandchildren of the deceased Executive minster , Erano Manalo are not allowed to attend the same school their grandfather built.
Article 26.

We are appealing to the members, and church elders, as well as human rights activists to restore their basic human rights.and fundamental freedoms.
The members of the church would like to hold a dialogue with the Church Council to resolve these issues.
