Increase Exo's Security

Increase Exo's Security
The Issue
I am writing this petition on the behalf of Exo, in hopes that they will be provided with greater security and protection against more volatile fans, that is, the sasaengs.
As we know, sasaengs and sasaeng behavior has been a consistent reoccurring issue within the kpop community for years, and concerning more groups and artists than just Exo. However, through SM, I hope with your help to set a standard for other companies in the entertainment industry to follow as far as dealing with these fans is concerned, and through these companies, protect more of our beloved icons.
For those who are unfamiliar with sasaengs, they are described as being "special fans." However, through their activities, it is evident that these are not fans at all; these are stalkers. They will follow their idols of choice for weeks on end, send them threatening and disturbing messages, deliver revolting trifles (running the gamut of blood written letters to used sanitary napkins) as "gifts," and in some cases, even break into their homes and chase them down freeways at high speeds, causing devastating collateral to innocent pedestrians.

These "fans" are DANGEROUS, and must finally be addressed. This issue has been prevalent for far too long and it's about time we fans take some means of legal action. That is the reason I write this petition.
With this most recent incident at Baekhyun's brother's wedding (http://omonatheydidnt.livejournal.com/11874561.html) it has come to my attention that if these sasaengs are left to their own devices, the next attack could very well be devastating. Looking at this fan message, the future for Exo seems ominous;
The translation reads:
“Baekhyun-ah, I told you
Stop messing around, or we really don’t know what we’ll do next
Why do you think we went all the way there and caused a fuss?
Our puppy is so cute when he’s mad
But it’s time to tone down that personality isn’t it? You’re a public figure hehe
Try treating us like we’re insects one more time, we really don’t what we’ll do next time
And send your brother our congratulations on his wedding~”
This is a threat. Clear as day. Yet, as horrible as this message is, there is a truth here; We DON'T know what they'll do next. "Next time" could be corporal. "Next time" could be fatal.
We CANNOT risk such an incident, to any member of Exo, or family of theirs that might be caught in the cross fire.
It breaks my heart to see people I admire and look up to as role models, people who work so hard for their fans, from debut day to now, be violated and mistreated by these over stimulated zealots. Moreover, I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. If SM allots more of its net worth into security and time into transit paths, we would most definitely see less of these incidents occurring.
I've seen action taken to ensure safety to our idols, such as the shutting down of panels when the air seemed to static to allow the members to see their fans, but frankly, SM still hasn't gone far enough. Until we can see a cease in stories of this nature occurring, there is still more that can be done to increase security measures.
That being said, if you are a true Exotic, a true kpop fan, or, in fact, a human being capable of empathy, I urge you to sign this petition and make a difference in the lives of these twelve young and talented men.
Destroy the reality that hurts. If we can change it, say Mama! Say Mama!!
