No on the Fountain Valley Crossings Specific Plan: Prevent Rezoning and High Density
The Issue
We, the undersigned, object to the Fountain Valley Crossings Specific Plan that would allow for high density, highrise housing of up to 6 stories. Additionally, "form-based code" would limit how a building or property can be used.
Project Location: The proposed Fountain Valley Crossings Specific Plan area encompasses 162-acres located south of Talbert Avenue, north of Ellis Avenue, east of Ward Street and west of the Santa Ana River.
Project Description: The City of Fountain Valley is proposing a General Plan Amendment from Commercial Manufacturing with a Special Study Area overlay and Office Commercial to Specific Plan; a Zone Change to rezone 101 properties from M1 Manufacturing and CP-Commercial, Administrative, Professional Office to SP-Specific Plan; a Code Amendment to adopt the Fountain Valley Crossings Specific Plan; and certification of an Environmental Impact Report.
Let’s keep Fountain Valley a “nice place to live” and say, "no" to the Fountain Valley Crossings Specific Plan.
