I believe that Jimmy Neutron is a perfect fit in the education system. Sure, it's an old and wacky show, but kids will be more likely to learn if they are engaged with what they are watching.

I believe kids would be more likely to gain knowledge if they are interested in whats on the screen, and I feel Jimmy Neutron would be a much better fit instead of Bill Nye. 

If this does not pass, kids all over the world may not gain as much knowledge as they could, an they are not interested or even yet, paying any attention what-so-ever to what is on the screen. Kids go home and watch TV, or watch YouTube, so playing a cartoon for education, might be better for kids, as kids go home and watch cartoons nearly every single day.

I the end, the choice is up to you, but i believe if Jimmy Neutron was incorporated into our education system, many kids would grow up with a love for science, and jobs in the engineering industry, or the chemical industry, or any career which is related to STEM, as Jimmy Neutron, whilst being a cartoon, is educational in its own rights.
