By the 11th September KGSC will have already changed from the current system to a complete surveillance system where they can see, read and change data on your laptop, therefore we must take action

This change will allow the KGSC staff to secure a device that they do not own (in this case any device installed with Microsoft Intune), and allows them to read private emails and any other data made by or managed by Microsoft. This is a gross breach of data privacy. 

If you check the Microsoft Intune privacy policy one of the commonly asked questions is how the data will be used and the answer to this question is as follows "all data, including all text, sound, video or image files, and software that are provided to Microsoft by, or on behalf of, Customer through use of the Online service", This means that Microsoft Intune (The online service) is allowed to see everything on your computer for supposed faster internet.
