I have been beginning to see more and more Instagram accounts positing graphic photos without consequence. Specifically, animal abuse-related photos. Clearly this is wrong in every way, but nobody is doing anything about it. As I read through Instagrams TOS , I saw nothing relating to animal abuse and what to do if it's seen. The most that can be done is to report the user, but it seems to take many reports to get Instagrams attention.

More needs to be done to end accounts like these. Many kids (13/14) and even younger are on Instagram, despite the age limit of 13. Still, 13 is a young age, and I doubt anyone of any age wants to see these horrific posts that people share. When the account is disabled or deleted, they proceed to make another account to continue what they were doing. For example, the account @b.u.t.t_v9 and their other similar backup accounts. They are posting videos of what look to be guinea pigs being set on fire,  photos of multilated dogs, cats and other animals, and videos of him(?) choking cats. The people posting these seem to do it for the attention, and maybe by taking that option away from them we can even, if only a little, stop the way they act towards animals. Thought that is a long shot, the fact that people are posting these photos and videos is promoting animal abuse.

Its cruel in every way, and it needs to be ended.
