The mother of my kids Lashae Terrell convicted in 2019 in Tulsa Oklahoma with man slaughter 1/heat of passion and received a 35yr  sentenced. Lashae original charge was murder 1 Lashae took it to trial cause her case is truly a self defense case in all aspects. Lashae has just moved from wichita ks to Oklahoma in regards of starting a new life from all the turmoil in which our daughter was sexually assaulted by Lashae moms boyfriend and lashae mother took sides with boyfriend. Which pushed lashae to move to Tulsa. Lashae befriended some neighbors. In which one who was high on meth and pcp with his friends held lashae and my kids hostage. Lashae reports the situation to police in which in turn did nothing for her. After that incident lashae carried a fire arm around with her outta fear,  cause she walked to work and sometimes getting off of work at night  Months later lashae just wanted a $10 bag of marijuana. Her neighbor takes her to an apartment unbeknownst to lashae, the apartment the individual took her to was the apartment of the perpetrator who held her and kids hostage. And the person who took her there knew the history of the two and still took her to this apartment in hopes of getting high on meth for getting her to that apartment so the perpetrator can taunt her. The detectives turned lashae being a hostage months earlier,  into a probable cause into why the deceased passed. Which wasn't the case. The deceased walked by everyday to get to his mother house. His mother lived in the same complex. Then the individuals who took lashae to the apartment inturn, was coheresed by detectives to make like lashae premeditated the death of the deceased. Lashae was just protecting herself in house where everyone knew each other and lashae seen it was set up and she defended herself when the deceased taunted her. Lashae never said she didn't shoot the man. It was not a premeditated murder,  but a self defense killing, to kill and to murder is totally different.  Lashae didn't stand a chance in trial,  due to all white jury and one black, in which the black person was put aside as extra. The jury was never advice giving a self defense option,  only murder 1, or Man 1 in heat of passion. Lashae was railroaded by detectives cohersing the witnesses into making lashae look like a murderer. I have statements via Facebook messenger from the witness who took lashae to apartment stating he lied and detectives was mad. Please we need your help. We need lashae to have a fair stance.
