PAC-3 is a Garry's Mod Workshop addon created with the intent of personalizing your character. This allows for more immersive and customizable characters for people to play.

A staple of MafiaRP is the immersive roleplaying experience. Popular MafiaRP server "Mobster's Paradise" had PAC-3 on it's server and it allowed for players to create unique faces and outfits for themselves. This helped in a variety of matters. It let people know who they were speaking to if they did not have their F3. This is because totally unique faces, hair, and more allowed for people to be identified, limiting cases of mistaken identity and RDM as a result. When people can identify the Don of a Family by his unique model, they are more likely to roleplay when he is around, treating him with more respect and increasing passive RP. Passive RP can often be contagious, and when new players see other people behaving this way they are more likely to as well. As it stands, everyone looks the same, using only around 4 of the models available. Having people distinguishable by their faces and such allows for people to more easily passively RP instead of having to guess who everyone is all the time, leading to confusion, frustration and RDMing.

PAC-3 also furthered storytelling. For example, my character survived a PK literally by the skin of his teeth. To reflect this, I had a PAC made which added a limp, a cane and an eye-patch, and until MP closed, I alt-walked everywhere to emphasize my injury. When people got made in crime families, they'd get nicer suits. People could use tattoos and jewelry to display their status. People would make animations to show themselves drinking and smoking as well.

While there were cases of people abusing PAC, those who wish to use it for its intended purpose would surely support removing the flags of anyone who would try to ruin it for them.

As it stands, the server already has PAC-3 on the server, even if it is not fully enabled. Therefore it would not add to the content load.

I can guarantee PAC-3 would enhance the roleplay experience of every person on the server, and would certainly please the playerbase.

In summation, PAC-3 should be added to Typhon Networks MafiaRP.
