I’m one of the broad band users of keralavision internet. The company handling 90% of People in kerala market. They don’t have any responsibility of handling its customers as it's been down from 8th of This march. The customer care officers are not responding to the actual issues. According to  the present situation of covid 19 lot of people can’t do their job from home using internet because of the failure of keralavision. They have already reduced the bandwidth to half as we already pre- paid without any notice. Still the internet is not stable. We talk to the board of directors and even then no use. We need immediate fix on the internet service otherwise we will lose our job. Please support us because the issue started too earlier than the corona outbreak.. they are just putting it to corona’s head
