I have run out of words to describe the level of distress this man has caused me and my family since 2019. I will keep this brief, but there will soon be a time and place to fully go into details about this issue.

Malawian-Born self-acclaimed businessman Ben Chiza Mkandawire defrauded me of £25,000 between May 2019 and May 2020, after making up stories about needing funds to set up an Oil and Gas business. I felt sorry for him, thinking that he was actually working hard to provide for his children, not knowing that this was actually his plan for an easy life.

Not only did he do this to me, but I have discovered he has done the same to at least 8 other men and women. 2 of these women were also defrauded and sexually assaulted by Mr. Mkandawire are based in Kenya.

I have had several women contact me to say that he has also intentionally infected people with STDS as a way to keep them silent.

In my push to have justice for myself and others involved, Ben and his family members have attempted to threaten, slander and bully me online. 

We currently have an arrest warrant in process for Ben in the UK however, he is said to be in Kenya. When we contacted authorities in Kenya, they told us that his passport was stamped out of Kenya, heading to Malawi  in August 2021, meaning he is currently in Kenya on fake documentation.

We have tried to get the local press in Kenya to take the story seriously to warn other women, but they are more interested in collecting money.

From other people close to Ben, it is likely his political contacts are helping him to stay out of facing the consequences of his crimes. Politicians are installed to protect us, not put us in DANGER!!

The awful things this man has done and continues to have must have a price. 

Victims from all over the world have been too traumatized and too scared to speak out.

It’s about time we put an end to this evil and let Ben Chiza face the charges he has been running away from in Malawi.
