My name is Kingsley Ndiewo. I ran a company called Funtrench Limited and in July this year I was having financial problems with my business. An acquaintance called Andrew Kimani suggested a solution - a brief business venture that would generate the kind of return that would save my business. He introduced me to his accomplices Evans Kimathi Akwalo and Daniel Musau Mutunga. We were to raise some capital, supply some goods to a company Evans was associated with and get paid. Simple. But once the supply was done these three and a fourth person Neo Nicholas Nzambu began to take me round in circles, and it soon became clear that I had been defrauded.

The shocking thing is that they are very brazen, they have not slinked away into hiding. I reported this matter to the police (OB Number is 27/15/08/2019) at Gigiri Police Station and some detectives have already communicated with these individuals. Yet months down the line, no action has been taken. I have been forced to close my company, my property has been auctioned and my financial situation is dire. I'm calling upon anyone who has been conned in Kenya to help get action taken by the police. So that conmen know that they cannot get away with crime.
