This will effect our community a lot because kids and teens would have a safe environment where they can play and not be doing stuff there not supposed to be doing. In our community there is no place for youth. all the places shut down and all they have to do is negative things like drugs & sex. The thing that I am also trying to fix is I see skateboarders all the time getting in trouble for skating and their only trying to enjoy thier hobbies. We are not bad kids. I make good grades. And my friends that skateboard with me do as well. We do not deserve to be labeled as bad... Because of the way we dress . we do not deserve to be harassed by law enforcement and other adults for merely (playing outside). Please . we NEED the skatepark.
