This petition is to hopefully get more horse signs put up and that the speed limit on bull Ln aylesford is lowered when approaching the friars because of multiple incidents involving horses!

I had an incident involving my horse.I was taking my horse from my yard down towards the bridal way next to the friars where a car purposely revved  its engine and beeped at the horse, we moved the horse out of the way for the car however the car continued to aggressively beep at the horse. This then obviously causing the horse to have a freight and to start bucking and running out of fear. we tried to get the horse to calm down and relax but due to the constant beeping the horse got more and more upset which then ended up in the horse falling over and grazing the skin on her legs.
