Like many others, I was very invested in the show ERASED. One thing that ruined the show for me though, was the ending. It didn’t tie up most of the loose ends in the show and it could’ve been way better. If we had a final episode of movie that changes the cannon of the last episode, I think that’d make me as well as a lot of other fans very excited. 

Here are the two main changes I would like to see, though I know many others will have their own suggestions.

1. Have Kayo and Satoru end up together. Though I don’t think Kayo and Hiromi being together in the manga is a particularly bad thing, in the anime there’s a lot of build up in their relationship, and I think It’d be a way better ending to have them end up together.

2. Make the killer’s arc end better. Though the twist about it being teacher is predictable, mostly due to the lack of suspects, this isn’t where the show goes wrong. Instead of tying up in a satisfying way, Saturo just predicts everything he’s going to do and he ends up just seeming like a loony bin. Have him be taken down in a smarter way, and have the shows theme of friendship come more into play. This is where the movie idea can come in, as it can be a grand finale between Saturo and the killer that spans the whole movie.
