The presence of the Bubble Guy has been a decade-long tradition at Texas State University, beginning during his time as a student and continuing as an alumnus dedicated to supporting the campus community. The current situation is disheartening, especially considering the positive impact he has consistently had. It is perplexing when compared to other instances where individuals exercising their rights under the First Amendment have faced less scrutiny, despite actions that may be viewed more critically.
