Williamwood library and it's shared librarian (shared with another local school, St Ninians) are under threat of closure due to cuts in council funding. The library is a large part of education in the English department and helping pupils discover and read more books. The library is used by pupils throughout the day for studying and relaxation and without it, the school is losing a large aspect of education. As it is not the schools decision to close the library, I don't think its very fair to place any blame upon them but action must be taken. We need our library and you can help save it.
