Keep Tracy Voss OUT of San Antonio Animal welfare
The Issue
San Antonio is at a critical turning point. We are working tirelessly on the ground, neighborhood by neighborhood, to build a transparent, humane, and effective animal welfare system. We already have the people, the tools, and the dedication right here in our own community to elevate the standard of care and ensure public safety on our streets.
To protect this progress, we must be vigilant about who influences our city's animal welfare infrastructure. That is why we are calling on all citizens to stand together and firmly oppose any involvement, advisory role, or leadership position for Tracy Voss within San Antonio’s animal welfare community or municipal operations.
Simply put: she belongs in Hondo doing Hondo things.
San Antonio's unique challenges require San Antonio solutions. We are building a robust network rooted in trust, community education, and the empowerment of our local assets. Integrating individuals whose methods and records do not align with our progressive, community-centered standards threatens to fracture the hard-earned trust between residents, independent rescuers, and local organizations.
We cannot afford to step backward. We need voices and operators who understand our specific neighborhoods, respect our local rescue network, and are committed to transparent, humane action.
By signing this petition, you are sending a clear message: San Antonio's animal welfare community belongs to the citizens of San Antonio. We reject interference that does not serve our community or our animals, and we stand united against giving Tracy Voss any platform or authority in our city's animal welfare operations.
