We, the undersigned, demand stricter laws to ensure that convicted sex offenders especially repeat offenders and those who target children are permanently removed from our communities.

Sexual predators pose a serious and ongoing threat to our children, families, and society. Too often, these offenders are given light sentences, parole, or early release, only to reoffend and destroy more lives. Our justice system must prioritize public safety over second chances for those who prey on the vulnerable.

We Call for Immediate Action to:

1. End early release and parole for violent sex offenders - No more reduced sentences or parole loopholes.

2. Expand the “Dangerous Offender” designation to keep repeat and high-risk offenders in prison indefinitely.

3. Create a publicly accessible national sex offender registry so communities can be informed and protected.

4. Enforce strict lifetime monitoring and harsher penalties for any sex offender released into society.

5. Ensure justice for victims by strengthening sentencing guidelines and eliminating plea deals for sexual crimes.

We refuse to allow the rights of criminals to outweigh the safety of innocent children. The time for action is now!
