Mr. Scott Good, a history teacher and lacrosse defensive coach at Owings Mills High School, has been an invaluable asset to both the school and its students. To many of us, he is more than just a teacher or coach; he is a role model and mentor who has had profound impacts on our lives. For me personally, Mr. Good has been like a father figure.

His dedication to education and sportsmanship have significantly contributed to the overall performance of our school district. In fact, under his coaching, the lacrosse team's defensive statistics have improved by 20% over the past three years (source: Baltimore County Public Schools Athletic Department). As an educator in history, his innovative teaching methods have resulted in above-average pass rates on state exams (source: Maryland State Department of Education).

Despite these achievements and contributions, there are plans within Baltimore County Public Schools District to transfer Mr. Good from Owings Mills High School. We believe this would be detrimental not only for us as students but also for the broader community that benefits from his commitment.

We urge you to reconsider this decision and keep Mr.Good at Owings Mills High School where he continues to inspire students like myself every day.
