A recent change of rules at Manhattanville College is causing two amazing voice professors to be forced to leave. The rule change now requires that a Masters of Education is required to continue teaching. Personally, this is hard to come to terms with because Professor Canova has been my voice teacher for two years now. She is amazing, caring, talented, and has real world experience that can help her students learn about the professional world. I’ve never had Professor Cappon but I have only heard good things from his students.
