A British white Supremacist and anti transgender activist is planning a visit to NZ to continue her tour of spreading misinformation and hate towards people of minority groups. The information she is sharing is inaccurate and actively promotes fear inspiring conspiracy theories. 

Her presence and views have left a wake of violence in other countries, particularly against people in gender diverse communities. She poses a significant risk to our people and to public order in general. 

Nothing good can come of her visiting our beautiful country. We have talented scientists, doctors, psychologists, sociologists, psychiatrists and endocrinologists who have provided ample research based information on understanding gender diversity and best care guidelines for our gender diverse population. 

She has called for violence against trans women, forced sterilisation of trans men, she has called for armed people to patrol restrooms to confront trans women. She wants to end our access to HRT and support for trans children. She has called for physical confrontations with trans folk.

Trans folk like me, like my kid.

We're already 40%more likely to attempt suicide and are only 1% of the population. We are your colleagues, your mates, your partners, your family and part of this Aotearoa.

We are 1% and we can't stand all the hate. We don't need to import hate to fuel bigots here in New Zealand. Land of the long white cloud, but also land of acceptance, tolerance, peace and inclusion.

We must not accept hate.

We can stop it.
