Coca-Cola has announced that they will be discontinuing Nestea starting in January 2025. This refreshing and iconic Canadian beverage has quenched many a thirst and cured countless hangovers.

Of every iced tea beverage I’ve ever tried, nothing ever has or will compare to the cold crisp of a can of Nestea. It’s a nostalgic staple, it’s a comfort to many; a study buddy, a sweet treat, and to those of us on the spectrum something we have a deep and unspeakable devotion to (it’s me, I’m the one with the hyperfixation on this drink that can’t be replaced).

With no warning, this beverage is being swept from our shelves and hearts. I am petitioning for them to keep making it - bring it fuze if you want to but it can’t fill the nestea shaped hole in our hearts. If you or someone you love has an unhealthy obsession with Nestea you know the grief, despair and outrage many of us are experiencing at this news.
