Thank you to everyone that has supported our cause. We ask for just a few more minutes of your time.
We recently went to court to present all of our work along with our lawyer (we are paying by the hour) and the BZA court refused to vote on our case due to not enough members present to vote.
This is costing us money with the lawyer we raised cash for and more importantly Time while we aren’t allowed to operate.
The mayor of Nashville appointed the board members who vote. We need 4 voting members to show up out of 7. So if you would please copy and paste the below message to the mayors email. It will help gain visibility to get out issue resolved.
Please feel free to add some personal comments before the copy and paste message- but please represent our community in a respectful and peaceful manner.

Dear Mayor,
I am sending this email to help raise awareness of the issue BZA Case 2026-001 – Continuity of Recreation Status for Nashville Beach Volleyball Club;
In which Nashville beach is currently being denied the ability to remedy its permitting issues and serve the community as it has done for over 30 years.
As a collective we ask that you consider to grant Nashville Beach approval to continue operations until the BZA board can make a decision on the permitting application. Furthermore we urge that you have members present that will vote on the matter at the time of the next meeting, it is costing Nashville Beach money that was fundraised by our community for the lawyer legal fees and our time as a community together sharing the love of volleyball.
Signed,
