Hi Nashville Beach Family,

We wanted to share an important update on our progress with the BZA zoning process and what it means for the upcoming season.

We have officially hired a lawyer who is helping us compile and submit the necessary documentation to allow Nashville Beach to continue operating just as we have for the past 35 years. 

This is a significant step forward, and we are encouraged by the progress being made.

We are also working closely with our neighbors to thoughtfully address their concerns. The primary request is simple but important: please keep your speed very slow when arriving and leaving the property to help minimize dust. Your cooperation here truly makes a difference and supports our ability to continue operating.

Our hearing with the BZA board is scheduled for Thursday, April 16th, where we will present our documentation along with a variance letter to meet their requirements.

Looking ahead, we are hopeful and excited to anticipate opening the first weekend of May!
