To maintain the quality and continuity of leadership that our children deserve—as well as to honor the immense contributions of Mr Wenban to the squadron—we strongly urge the relevant authorities to reevaluate and reverse this decision. Changing leadership solely based on duration without considering exceptional performance and impact undermines the very principles we wish to instill in our young cadets.
