The newest proposed regulations coming from our Division of Behavioral Health will close the door forever on those trying to get into methadone treatment and raise the costs so high it will drive out many who are already at risk of exiting treatment.

Changes include:

7 DAY/VACATION/FORCED DOSING

ADDED WEEKLY COUNSELING and UA's

BLOOD DRAWS and the REFUSAL of MEDICATION

MANDATORY CHECKING of the NATIONAL PRESCRIPTION DATABASE

These are just the worst of the many proposed changes. People seeking treatment need options not obstacles!!
