On behalf of all the lovers of Les Mills, we are seeking the retention of Les Mills Fitness in the Pikes Peak Region YMCA locations. The Les Mills Fitness format is top of the line fitness as opposed to the less optimal and cheaper option, Mossa.

Les Mills strives to maintain fully body workouts with safety in mind while having a fun workout. Les Mills pairs music and routines in a very unique way making the overall experience more enjoyable. Les Mills is an all-inclusive format designed for every age, body type and gender doing even the most advanced workouts.

The instructors who teach the workouts are passionate about this fitness line as much as those members who attend class.

Many YMCA members only have a YMCA membership for the Les Mills fitness options offered. The replacement classes that will be offered won't provide the same level of workout we are used to. YMCA members will then have to decide where their gym membership dollars will go.
