Julius was sent to Colorado 8 years ago with no explanation. He recently came back to Ohio DOC on August 11, 2023. Ohio is now trying to send him back out of state. Julius has given them no reason to be sent back out. They are not given him a chance to prove his growth and to show how he is an asset to reduce gang violence in the Ohio prison system and the community. 

Julius is asking for reconsideration on the decision to move him back out of state. Understanding his past Webster has made significant growth through his community outreach and mentoring. 

Julius wants to be given the opportunity to prove the changes he has made over the years. He has given no valid reason to why he has to be sent to another unfamiliar environment. Julius moving to another state once again poses more stress and heartache to not only Webster but his children and family as well.
