Please sign this petition to honor your memory of our beloved Joy D. Buttrey.  Joy was a loving, generous, wonderful young woman who was murdered in her home by Ernest "Todd" Botelho in May 2006.  He is now eligible for a parole hearing.  We need your signature on this petition asking the Maryland Parole Commissioners to deny parole--six years isn't justice, it's a joke. 

You have a voice and signing this petition makes a difference. This petition and the e-signatures will be presented to the Maryland Parole Commission and will be taken into consideration when determining whether to grant Ernest "Todd" Botelho's request for parole on June 1, 2012.
