Keep Whangaparāoa’s Green Spaces (KWGS) releases video about Auckland Council’s planning processes, forecasting methods and the general relationship between all these plans

Keep Whangaparāoa’s Green Spaces (KWGS) has today launched a YouTube video on our KWGS Channel to better inform both current supporters and a wider audience of concerns about the future of Green Space on the Whangaparāoa Peninsula, the closure of the Gulf Harbour Country Club (GHCC) and golf course and its impact on local businesses and the wider community.

Our latest video analyses Auckland Council’s planning processes, forecasting methods and the general relationship between all these plans. These plans bring together existing city services and infrastructure which is needed to support our growth and evolution and looks forward to what else will be needed in future years. This clearly involves the environmental implications of the changes that are sure to eventuate as our city grows and that growth is shared across its suburbs and communities.
